Notes
| The files in "data/a20_data" are produced by running params4integrate. The ".mat" files are the populations saved every certain time. ("Master_code.m" indicates the corresponding file for each figure.) The data produced by Step 3b are the information of the dust population (Rs, Compactness factor, mass, etc.) saved every certain time. It doesn't save the monomer distribution in aggregates. Figures 4 and 5 (O, U3_2) requires the information of constituent monomers, so the original .mat files (in a20_data) are needed to plot them. Also, some figures (H2_4; K4_2; N10_3; N5_4; N7_3; S3; V4; X11; X8; Z4_2) need the information of each collision, which is recorded in the .txt files found in "a20_data_full". |
